So with just a day to go before the extended CBA expires for MLS and it's players, this news comes out:
I am not surprised at all as both sides have to realize that while the sport is moving forward, we aren't there yet and slow is still a good thing for a few years.

Just saw a facebook update from Nick Rimando that the talks have been extended
to the 25th of Feb as both sides continue their talks.
