Luis Gil to KC Wizards, for now

Soccer Insider Steve Goff is reporting that the KC Wizards have won the Luis Gil lottery, but as reported earlier there are only a couple teams Luis seems interested in playing for and KC isn't one of them.

So with the issues they are facing with Kevin Hartman, will they play nice with Luis?  Considering their reputation for lowball offers for players they want, will they let Gil go for a 3rd round draft pick?  RSL did just that last year when they won the Kyle Davies lottery, a 3rd round pick from FC Dallas was enough to get his rights.  

So what will RSL and Seattle, the two teams Gil was interested in playing for offer to KC?
