No surprise as Real Salt Lake's Javier Morales is the Player of the week

If you watched the RSL match against San Jose you saw one of the best performances in a long time from Javier Morales, his two goals and an assist, along with overall domination of the match have earned him MLS Player of the Week honors for week #1

I am not sure if it was the first goal:

or his quality celebrations (kicking the corner flag on the first, celebrating with players warming up for action on the second).  

Here is the official highlight reel from the match, and while San Jose had their chances it was RSL who got the big road win.

OK, if you don't love the fact that even the highlights are in HD, 

Javi deserves the honor and hopefully it will only be the first of many for RSL this year.
