Well it is the final regular season match for Real Salt Lake and they will be playing host to the Portland Timbers, a final chance for RSL to get ready for the playoffs and a chance to secure the #3 spot in the Western Conference and the overall MLS table. The match is a sell out with no local TV coverage so if you don't have a ticket you can follow the action here as I will try to post a couple updates during the match.
You can also take advantage of the newly updated SB Nation iphone/ipad app, they have made reading and adding comments much easier, and while the android app isn't finished yet this offers a great tool to follow RSL Soapbox as well as the other MLS blogs and 300 other blogs dedicated to the fans perspective of sports.
So I did my full match preview yesterday, but you can check it out here. I will let you know my projected starting XI are:
Nick Rimando, Chris Wingert, Jamison Olave, Nat Borchers, Chris Schuler, Andy Williams, Yordany Alvarez, Will Johnson, Javier Morales, Fabian Espindola, and Alvaro Saborio
It will be a beautiful night at Rio Tinto Stadium, with it being a sold out event for Fan Appreciation Night and RSL's Soccer Kicks Cancer night. So check back often for updates from the stadium.
