RSL Keeper NIck Rimando is hosting an advance screening of the film "Rise and Shine: The Jay DeMerit Story" on Wednesday, June 29th at 'Bout Time Pub & Grub (6522 S. Big Cottonwood Canyon Rd. in Holladay, UT) to raise money to get the film funded.  The event will begin at 5:00 PM with the showing of the Vancouver / Toronto MLS match and then the film will be screened directly after. 

There will be a special menu, prizes to raffle off, and several high quality items such as jerseys, autographed balls, etc. to auction off, with all proceeds going to get the film funded.  This link http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1370261090/rise-and-shine-the-jay-demerit-story/ gives more info about the film and a way to donate to it's production.  Seating to this event is limited and advance tickets can be purchased at the 'Bout Time Location tomorrow (Wednesday the 22nd) during the RSL / Chicago Fire match as well as in the north parking lot at Rio Tinto Stadium on Tuesday, the 28th before the RSL US Open Cup match.
