Well I didn't expect RSL to do anything in the first re-entry draft last week, but with the number of moves this offseason (Robbie Russell to DC United, Jean Alexandre to San Jose, Andy Williams retirement, Collen Warner to Montreal, Arturo Alvarez being taken in first re-entry draft by Chivas USA) and not picking up the options on Nelson Gonzalez, Rauwshan McKenzie, or Blake Wagner.
Will RSL use this round of the re-entry draft (where teams can renegotiate contracts with players) as a chance to find someone to fill some rather obvious gaps in both the midfield and the backline? Is there anyone on the list of the 50 available players(view list after the jump) who jumps out as someone RSL should take a look at?
A couple of names might be worth a look: Hunter Freeman, Ryan Cochrane? Who would you like RSL to consider taking?
