Second leg against Galaxy set for Thursday in Western Conference semifinal

After speculation that Major League Soccer was going to alter its playoff schedule to run through the international break, it appears those discussions have ended where they started.

Real Salt Lake announced in a press release that the second leg of the Western Conference semifinal against LA Galaxy will take place on Thursday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m.

With the first match on Sunday in Los Angeles, that leaves both sides with roughly three days of turnaround, but with an international break betwixt the conference semifinal and final, there's an air of inevitability about the schedule.
