Site Consistency
General observation of how well a site ranks teams. If a team takes a huge rise/drop on their ratings after only one win/loss they're not being very consistent in ranking, after all every team will have a bad game once in a while. As the season progresses site rankings should be improving to reflect tracking of form for each team. Site evaluations will get harsher every 7-8 weeks.
