Lalo Fernandez - 7 Lalo got another shutout in his time on the field with the reserves. For his age, he looks incredibly calm in goal and he made sound decisions when Sacramento threatened.
Rich Balchan - 5.5 Balchan looked a bit disjointed and lost his balance a few times. He made some good plays interspersed with some rather questionable ones.
Aaron Maund - 6.5 Maund looked like the most comfortable, collected defender in the game. He made some risky passes in the back of the field, but overall he had a nice game.
Carlos Salcedo - 6 Salcedo's highlights included some clearances in timely moments. He is a good decision-maker when it gets to crunch time and he showed that against Sacramento.
Abdoulie Mansally - 6 Mansally looked good in the attack but left RSL out to dry a couple times on the defensive end with his decision-making.
Justen Glad - 7 Glad is really impressive, plain and simple. He is still a teenager but he is confident and shows some really nice skill against players that are much more experienced than he is in big matches. This kid is making some promises for the future with every passing game.
Cole Grossman - 5 Grossman was off the mark on his passes going forward. Not all the time, but too many times. He also had a wide open look at the goal that he could have done much better with, and he knew it as soon as the play was over.
Sebastian Velasquez - 7.5 Velasquez was the man of the match. He played with a lot of creativity and outmatched the defenders on multiple occasions with his skill on the ball. Justice was served as Velasquez curled a beautiful ball to the top left corner of the goal with his left foot to seal the game at the end.
Robbie Findley - 7 Findley captained the team well and put the ball in the back of the net with ease on his earned penalty kick. He worked as hard as I have ever seen him on defense and looks like his rounding into form at a good time.
Sebastian Jaime - 6 Jaime had a pretty quiet night, but did not have the company of Morales, Plata, or Saborio that has shown to have good chemistry over the past few games. He is learning to play with all of his teammates still, but not a bad game by any means.
Devon Sandoval - 6 Sandoval, as usual, expended all the energy he had and wore out the defense. He was unable to score, but did not have clear chances either.
Substitutes
Olmes Garcia - 5.5 Garcia did not have a ton of time to acclimate himself, not that he had a bad match, he simply did not stand out.
Benji Lopez - N/A
