Lineup news

The biggest news about missing players is that Demar Phillips and Aboulie Mansally are both out, Phillips with yellow card accumulation and Mansally with international duty. That leaves Jordan Allen as likely to step in as an outside back.

Other players are out, too — Elias Vasquez, Luis Gil, and Boyd Okwuonu are also on international duty. While Okwuonu and Gil are both in Salt Lake City, there's a strong reason to assume that they won't be able to play. FIFA regulations about international duty indicate that there must a 48 hour break between an international match and a senior match. Of course, that might not be the case for non-senior international duty, but there would also be similar things involved in the MLS collective bargaining agreement.
