Kyle Beckerman and Nick Rimando should be set for a pre-Gold Cup run-out with the United States today, with the USMNT taking on Guatemala in Tennessee this evening.
Elias Vasquez, who is part of the Guatemalan squad for the Gold Cup is apparently not involved: He was training with Real Salt Lake today, which would indicate that he's set to play for the team on Saturday against Orlando City SC.
Beckerman and Rimando are two of the more veteran players in this Gold Cup squad, although Rimando is probably second-choice for the tournament behind Aston Villa goalkeeper Brad Guzan.
This is the third Gold Cup for both Beckerman and Rimando, who join Alejandro Bedoya, Michael Bradley, and Chris Wondolowski as members of the squad making their third appearance. Clint Dempsey, former captain of the USMNT, is making his fourth.
