Hansen names Andrew Carroll RSL, Monarchs chief business officer

Dell Loy Hansen's ongoing restructuring of Real Salt Lake is continuing apace.

Today, he and the club named a new Chief Business Officer: Andrew Carroll, former Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. He'll oversee business operations for Real Salt Lake and Monarchs.

Carroll joined Real Salt Lake in November 2012.

In recent weeks, Hansen, in an interim president role, named Craig Waibel the club's General Manager and Rob Zarkos the Vice President of Soccer Administration.

Everyone involved with Real Salt Lake during the first eleven years should be proud of the vibrant soccer culture we have built here. As the league and sport grow, our business and community relationships must deepen and expand in order to support the aspirations we have for the organization, top to bottom. ‘RSL As One’ is not just a slogan, it is a constant reminder of the teamwork necessary to grow, innovate and expand RSL’s success.

Andy has led our efforts to connect RSL with the corporate community, and his leadership and experience should energize how we engage our growing fan base as we further expand our roots throughout Utah and the Intermountain West.
