Javier Morales won't be a difference-maker for Real Salt Lake tonight, but the return of Luis Silva helps ease concerns.

Javier Morales won't be featuring against San Jose Earthquakes tonight, as he's out after suffering a hip flexor injury against Santa Tecla.

But Real Salt Lake fans needn't hang their head quite yet: Luis Silva, who has been fantastic in his limited minutes for the club after joining from D.C. United, is returning from a calf contusion.

Silva's return goes some way to easing the concerns for Real Salt Lake. who have nearly always been better with Morales on the field.

In other lineup news, Demar Phillips is on the bench after dealing with hamstring issues, with Tony Beltran at left back in the starting lineup. Jordan Allen shifts over to the right after Beltran's move.

Morales suffered the injury mid-match against Santa Tecla after coming on as a substitute, but two scything passes from him — despite the injury — gave Burrito Martinez and Olmes Garcia the chances they needed to score.
