Real Salt Lake's match tonight against Houston Dynamo has been postponed until Sunday at 1 p.m., with weather in Houston, Texas — including potential heavy rain and lightning — as the reason.

Fans at the stadium weren't being allowed into their seats, with lightning cited as the reason.
@jaimerodd Because when the lightning stops, fans will be allowed in the seating bowl.

A tweet from RSL play-by-play commentator David James indicated that there is an effort to play the match, but that there was doubt because of the weather.
@Jwilly19 @RealSaltLake @BrianDunseth @HoustonDynamo Every effort made to play, but must be safe with lightning.

RSL color commentator and all-around legend Brian Dunseth indicated that the game may not go forward, too.

Of course, 30 minutes ago, Houston Dynamo said the match was still set for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff, but with neither team releasing a lineup to this point, that is not just unlikely — it's basically near-certain to not be the case.
No changes in the status of #HOUvRSL at the moment. Still looking at 7:30pm kickoff. Updates as they're available.
