Burrito Martinez already has this rivalry thing down and executed: He opened tonight's scoring against Sporting Kansas City, putting a finishing touch on some excellent attacking passing.

Martinez's goal marks his third of the year. He previously scored against Colorado Rapids and Vancouver Whitecaps, scoring the only goal in both 1-0 victories.
The move started with a poor pass in the defensive third from Kansas City, which landed right at the feet of Joao Plata. He quickly played that ball out to Burrito Martinez, who dropped the ball right to Javier Morales. That landed back at Plata, who sent a low cross along the face of goal for Martinez to finish without too much trouble.
It solved a too-long goalless streak for Real Salt Lake, who had been shut out in their last two matches, losing both 1-0.
It brought a certain point of emphasis full circle, with concerns about the defensive efforts from the front four a prominent talking point after last week's loss. This time, a goal came from that very thing.
