Nick Rimando - 6.5 Rimando racked up quite a few saves within about 10 seconds towards the end of the match. And of course he had some pretty good saves throughout the rest of the game as well.
Tony Beltran - 7 Beltran was gritty when he needed to be and sacrificed himself for the team on multiple occasions.
Jamison Olave - 6.5 Don’t look now, but Jamison Olave had himself a very nice game. He made his presence known throughout and kept his focus for the whole game.
Aaron Maund - 5.5 Maund was solid for the better part of the night but put himself in a position in which the ref had to make a decision. Was it a penalty? Maybe. Maybe not.
Demar Phillips - 6.5 Phillips has really come into his own the past four or five games and was rewarded with a nice assist in Philly.
Luke Mulholland - 6.5 Luke really dug in on defense. Performances like these really make for a tough time for the coaching staff once Sunny returns.
Javier Morales - 7 Javi had the presence of mind to score a beautiful chip over Andre Blake to give RSL the go-ahead goal. He was pretty sharp all night long.
Kyle Beckerman - 6.5 Beckerman is really fun to watch when he reads plays before they happen. He did it a lot against Philadelphia.
Juan Manuel Martinez - 5 This was not Burrito’s bounce back game, but his will come. He is showing the desire to break through and it will happen soon enough.
Joao Plata - 7.5 Plata got the kind of goal that makes you jump out of your seat. He hit it in the top right corner and it bounced off the crossbar and in. It was a long time coming for the Ecuadorian. Let’s hope there’s much more where that came from.
Olmes Garcia - 7.5 Garcia was the creator on the night. He was setting up his teammates on a regular basis and the way he drew three defenders to open up a path for Javier Morales’ game-winner was magnificent. Garcia is in good form. Now if he could just score.
