With the MLS schedule finally being released today, we can start planning our lives around Real Salt Lake more fully.
Are we obsessed? Well, probably. But here are some of our highlights.
The big rivalries: Colorado Rapids, Sporting KC
When will you get to see these big rivalry matches? You’ll get your first chances early in the season.
- Saturday, April 15: Colorado vs. RSL
- Saturday, Aug. 26: RSL vs. Colorado
- Sunday, Oct. 15: Colorado vs. RSL
The headliners: RSL on National TV
So — you might be wondering when you’ll be able to see Real Salt Lake on national TV. It won’t be quite as often as you might have hoped.
- Saturday, March 25: New York Red Bulls vs. RSL — UniMás
- Friday, June 30: RSL vs. Orlando City — ESPN
Now, maybe we get one or two more added on. I don’t think so.
The newcomers, united: Minnesota United, Atlanta United
We get to see a couple MLS debutants at Rio Tinto Stadium for the first time, so that’s exciting, right?
- Saturday, April 22: RSL vs. Atlanta United
- Saturday, June 17: RSL vs. Minnesota United
