Don’t look now, but Real Salt Lake moves are just sort of happening, and we don’t really have a choice as to when or where.
Just after Luis Silva’s return to the club was finalized, Liverpool striker and RSL-AZ product Brooks Lennon was spotted in photos from the club’s training session in Casa Grande, Ariz. — and Salt Lake Tribune reporter Chris Kamrani says the potential loan deal has yet to be finalized.

Of course, we shouldn’t be surprised if any such isn’t exactly finalized yet. It may be as simple as paperwork not being completely done, but the fact that Lennon is training with RSL gives us some reason to think that the deal is close to completion — or at least that Liverpool hasn’t decided to pull out of the deal at this point.
We don’t know when we can expect Lennon to join on loan officially, but if he’s training with us, it doesn’t really matter when it is, as long as it’s before the end of the transfer window. Now, it’s obviously important to wrap things up as soon as possible — don’t get me wrong. But I don’t think this is any reason to panic.
Will RSL be ready for the upcoming season? Certainly, having everyone in training will help with that effort.
