WATCH: Luis Silva scores opener minutes into RSL vs. SKC

MLS: Colorado Rapids at Real Salt Lake Chris Nicoll-USA TODAY Sports

How’s the Real Salt Lake game going, you ask? Well, I’d say it’s been pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good.

And by that, I mean it’s absolutely stunning.

Luis Silva — the midfielder who deposed Yura Movsisyan at striker midway through the season — scored the biggest goal of the season so far, putting one past Sporting Kansas City goalkeeper Andrew Dykstra with aplomb and several other descriptive adjectives.

Just watch.

Oh, and the assister? That’s none other than Albert Rusnak, the beautiful new father himself. Watch as he corrals the ball inside the box in front of a player. Watch as Brooks Lennon feeds Rusnak. Watch ... well, you get the picture. Just watch the whole thing.

The goal puts RSL into a playoff position at current, but that will depend heavily on this match and two other results in this dreadful decision day. What a goal. What a goal!
