RSL Homegrown Player primer

  • Justen Glad may or may not be back from injury — we’ll see with the lineup on him. He’s a smart center back with a season of starts for Real Salt Lake.
  • Danilo Acosta is comfortable at left back, center back, right back and defensive midfielder. Expect him to line up on the left.
  • Aaron Herrera could be getting starts with Marlon Fossey departing the team through injury. Herrera is currently playing at University of New Mexico.
  • Sebastian Saucedo has been an exciting player for RSL’s first team this year — he’s already earned five starts.
  • Brooks Lennon is the standout of the group, and with good reason. Before joining RSL on loan, he was a standout for Liverpool’s U-23 side.
