MLS Homegrown Team vs. Chivas U-20: Live stream, kickoff time, RSL players

Here’s how to watch the more exciting part of MLS All-Star weekend.

MLS: MLS All-Star-Homegrown Training Mike DiNovo-USA TODAY Sports

How to watch

  • Where: Toyota Park; Bridgeview, Illinois
  • Kickoff time: 6 p.m. Mountain Daylight; 8 p.m. Eastern
  • National TV: Univision Deportes Network (UDN)
  • Live stream: Univision Deportes on Facebook

RSL players involved

  • Justen Glad, RSL’s hot young center back who just keeps improving, should be in line for a start, and MLS fans should watch how he organizes the game. That’s what we’ll be looking for, and while he’s done well enough with RSL — it’s a definite growing point for him, of course — this is an even sterner test.
  • Brooks Lennon, on loan from Liverpool, might be one of the most exciting young players in MLS, but he’s been an off-the-bench player for RSL in recent weeks. A good performance here will help him continue to make the argument that he deserves to start.
  • Jose Hernandez was called in as a midfield replacement through injury, but don’t expect him to play much, if at all. He played about 40 minutes on Monday night for Real Monarchs, and he flew out this morning.

The stream below should start working when the game starts, but if it doesn’t, here — have a link.
