Sebastian Saucedo has gotten a lot of heat in his time on the team. Sometimes viewed as the least talented/productive of the big four academy products. Building off of an excellent game last week, he showed his skill securing a historically rare win for RSL in Seattle. Bofo has always been incredibly talented on the ball and has always been capable of smashing screamers. I’m absolutely stoked that he got one. He deserves it, expect more bright things in the future.

Other Contenders
Danilo Acosta - Aggressiveness created a great chance in the 14th minute, and it would ultimately pay off in the second half assisting on This is the Dani Acosta that we as fans have not only missed, but that we as a club have needed.
Sunny - Despite not getting a full 90 minutes this year either with the first team or with the monarchs, he made the most of his opportunities and was a refreshing face in what has been a struggling midfield.
Nick Rimando - Reliable as ever, the G.O.A.T made several important saves getting his 201st MLS win and his 140th career clean sheet.
Turf - Thanks for not killing any of us this time.
