The World Cup is finally here. This incredible event may be surrounded by bribery, corruption, rapidly and shoddily built stadia, and just the generally sliminess of FIFA, but don’t let that bring you down, it’s also the greatest sporting event in history (sorry gladiators). The 2018 World Cup is shaping up to be such an exciting competition, with many good teams having missed out entirely, and many teams looking near invincible, but only one can lift that trophy.

The rights to this prized competition are highly coveted, and Fox Sports is the holder for the English language broadcast in the United States. Telemundo Deporte has the rights to the Spanish language broadcast in the US. The Fox Sports Go app will be carrying the games. FOX Soccer Match Pass should have them as well, and is a great deal if you don’t have a cable subscription, however, at the time of writing this article, none of the matches were listed on the app’s schedule. The Fox Sports Go app looks ready to start full coverage on Thursday. Telemundo Deportes en Vivo app should have coverage as well. Both FOXsports.com and TelemundoDeportes.com will have coverage for those with a cable subscription login.

Fox and Telemundo are both available over the air, but FS1 will require a cable subscription.
