Christen Press meets the media, Harvey & Johnson post-training thoughts

Christen Press and Sam Johnson share their stories on coming to Utah and the gaffer speaks to what she’s expecting of her new signings.

Utah Royals FC have had a busy week. Aside from a stinging defeat in Chicago and two games this week, the team brought on defender Samantha Johnson and US National Team forward Christen Press. Both players arrived in Salt Lake City, Utah late last week and did not travel with the team for their Saturday. Monday and Tuesday marked the first trainings these players have seen with the newest club in the NWSL. We caught up with both players and head coach Laura Harvey throughout the day to hear their thoughts on joining the team and their double game week.
