What did we learn?
Who cares?
I was going to just leave it at that, but maybe I have more to say. The biggest question I’ve had during this season of ridiculous off-field antics is what we’re going to do about coaching.
We got out-coached again. When teams come out and hammer us after halftime (as they often do), that’s on the coach.
When we don’t use our subs. Coach.
When our lineups are weird. When our team becomes disjointed. When players aren’t clicking. Coach.
I said if RSL makes it to the Western Conference Final, I might just be sold on Freddy Juarez. We didn’t. I’m not.
RSL needs a major front office overhaul. RSL needs to find top-notch, serious coaching talent.
I’d call this season a success (I don’t want to right now because I’m ticked about that match). But it flies in the face of the front office trying their damnedest to derail it all with dramatics and antics.
The players held this season together. Now what?
Overreactions
I hate soccer.
