Nick Rimando - 7 There were some timely saves from Rimando, none more so than the one int he 69th minute when he got a finger on a ball destined for the net which resulted in the ball hitting the post and coming back across the face of the goal. It was a matter of an inch or two.
Aaron Herrera - 6 Herrera showed again why he is a consistent starter for RSL. He fought all game long and came out on top more often than not.
Nedum Onuoha - 6.5 Such impressive play from Onuoha. He is in all the right spots at all the right times to calm the game down.
Justen Glad - 6 Glad won a lot of balls and looked like a seasoned veteran. He and Onuoha have a really nice, complimentary partnership.
Donny Toia - 6 The moustache was in full effect in Vancouver. Toia was in a lot of places and pushing the ball up the field by slyly getting the ball past the defenders.
Everton Luiz - 6.5 Luiz was masterful. He was everywhere. I would love to see who runs the greatest distance each game, because in this one it had to have been Luiz.
Kyle Beckerman - 7 By my count, Beckerman got the ball out of danger in the box at least six times. He also had a nice contribution assist finding Baird who then found Kreilach.
Damir Kreilach - 6.5 Kreilalch did not see too much of the ball, but he made it count when he did by putting one through the keeper’s legs.
Albert Rusnak - 6 Rusnak was extremely unlucky to not score a goal away from home. The ball just did not want to go in for him. He was really good with the ball on a few occasions when Vancouver double-teamed him.
Jefferson Savarino - 6 Much like Rusnak, luck was not on Savarino’s side. He had a couple chances that very well could have been goals, but he was consistently part of the attack.
Corey Baird - 6.5 Baird’s ball to find Kreilach for the goal was perfectly placed. He was doing a lot of good things on the offensive side of the ball.
