Dell Loy Hansen is always must-listen radio.
Must-see television.
Must-read —
You get the idea.
Anyway, today, in an interview with Spence Checketts on ESPN 700, Dell Loy Hansen revealed some big news.
First, the Tony Beltran news, which you’ve probably already read. He’s coming in as an assistant general manager.
Next? This nugget.
"We do think we'll be able to make one announcement tomorrow ... I tend to be a little forthcoming and that tends to get me fined or in trouble. The steps are in motion." — Dell Loy Hansen #RSL

Now, that’s not a guarantee that we’ll have an announcement tomorrow, but it’s sure close to one. I think what we have here is an expectation, and frankly, I’m jazzed about that. Let’s go. News, news, news.
Oh, but that’s not all.
Again, Hansen. Must listen.
"We're going to do a disciplined thing of announcing GM positions, then coaches, and then go into strategy for how you stay in the top four." #RSL

So, Tony first.
General manager second?
We’ll see.
He also went into a bit of detail on Kyle Beckerman and whether or not he’ll be sticking around the club. I’ll have that for you soon, too.
But for now, let’s just salivate over the fact that we’ll have news.
And remember: If it says Dell Loy Hansen’s joining on the radio, you won’t want to miss it.
