Real Monarchs are USL Championship winners, and Real Salt Lake’s search for a general manager and coach appears to be nearing a conclusion.

Well, hello!

After a busy day of Real Salt Lake news — and, really, news across the league — we got together and chatted about some of the bigger topics in the league.

We’re joined this week by Lucas Muller, who you know from, well, here. He made his way to Louisville for the USL Championship final, and he’s sharing some great perspective from his presence at the match.

We also took some time to talk about the coaching and general manager search, which it sounds like will reach a conclusion in short order. Will it be Jason Kreis? Signs certainly look positive at this point, but it’s not 100 percent clear quite yet. And Jamison Olave — will he be named RSL coach? Again, it sure sounds like it.
