Real Salt Lake faced the second of their Western Conference rivals, and the result was certainly unexpected. Give the Portland Timbers goalkeeper Steve Clark credit, by saving Albert Rusnak’s PK he gave them the win.

As usual, rate coach Mike Petke on his tactical decisions, and another new referee Ramy Touchan on the fairness of his decisions.
