Player Ratings: RSL 1-1 Minnesota

It was a game lacking energy for 70 minutes of play.

MLS: Minnesota United FC at Real Salt Lake Jeff Swinger-USA TODAY Sports

Nick Rimando - 5.5 RSL was lucky to not have conceded a second goal given that Rimando, uncharacteristically, got caught unawares once or twice.

Donny Toia - 5 Toia had some strong plays throughout the game but also lost track of Darwin Quintero momentarily and paid the price for it.

Marcelo Silva- 7 Silva provided RSL with a quality goal from the top of the box and had a few impressive tackles to assert his authority. He had a solid game all around earning him the Man of the Match.

Justen Glad - 6 Glad is proving himself to be a threat in front of the goal on set pieces lately. He and Silva partnered well once again.

Brooks Lennon - 5 Lennon was one of the few players that was pushing forward with some energy and determination, but his service was off the mark all night long.

Everton Luiz - 6.5 Luiz did what Luiz does and forced Minnesota to cough up the ball multiple times.

Kyle Beckerman - 6.5 Beckerman was a strong presence in the middle and did his best to calm RSL down in possession.

Albert Rusnak - 5 It was not necessarily his fault, but Rusnak was unable to get involved in his time on the field.

Jefferson Savarino - 6.5 Savarino was one of few players providing a threat and had a nice assist to set up Silva for the game-tying goal.

Bofo Saucedo - 5.5 On a normal night, Bofo is the pulse and attitude of RSL’s attack, but something was missing against Minnesota.

Damir Kreilach - 5 Kreilach only got one shot off on the night when it looked like he was supposed to be the point of the attack.

Substitutes

Corey Baird - 5.5 Baird came on as a sub with about a half hour to play and did a pretty good job of pushing the momentum that RSL gained.

Joao Plata - 5.5 Plata pushed the issue in his little time on the field and took some quality corners to give RSL a chance to win.
