Amazing! Real Salt Lake won a game! And to boot, the ended the Portland Timbers’ 5 game winning streak, as well as ending their own 3 game losing streak. RSL’s first goal was a textbook example of one team capitalizing on the opposition’s mistake, and RSL pretty much dominated the first half. It would have been a much larger lead if it weren’t for some amazing acrobatics from the Timbers’ keeper. The second half, well that’s another story.
