Player Ratings: Utah Royals FC 2; OL Reign 2

In their first game back home, who stood out?

Lucas Muller | RSL Soapbox

Melissa Lowder: 6 - Lowder had a pretty decent debut, even though she was left to dry on the first goal. She had some good saves during the game.

Katie Bowen: 4.5 - Bowen didn’t play as well as we’re normally used to. She had a giveaway that led to the Reign’s first goal.

Elizabeth Ball: 7 - Ball has played really well with the Royals so far, and her good play continued during this game.

Kate Del Fava: 5 - Del Fava didn’t have the best game, but she wasn’t awful. She couldn’t quite clear the ball that led to the second OL Reign goal, though.

Mallory Weber: 6 - Weber had a pretty quiet game, which isn’t a bad thing. She kept the Reign quiet for the most part.

Lo’eau LaBonta: 8 - LaBonta had a good game, plugging up the passing lanes and making it more difficult for OL Reign to pass.

Vero Boquete: 5 - Vero wasn’t as involved in the offense as we have seen in the pasg.

Aminata Diallo: 7 - Diallo bounced back from a rough game against Portland with a great game against the Reign, including the first goal.

Brittany Ratcliffe: 7- Ratcliffe was dangerous in the first half, creating multiple chances and getting an assist on King’s goal.

Amy Rodriguez: 6 - Rodriguez was pretty quiet, but did some work to win the ball back and keep possession for Utah.

Tzierra King: 7 - King had a great game, scoring with her head and fighting to create offensive chances.

Gaby Vincent: 7 - Vincent had a great appearance coming off the bench, creating problems for the Reign attack. She won the ball multiple times and sprung the attack.

Arielle Shipp: 6 - Shipp came on and tried to spark the offense but unfortunately couldn’t get us a goal.

Raisa Strom-Okimoto: N/A
