Royal Roundup: Kansas City NWSL finally get a new name and crest

Kansas City NWSL have finally revealed their new name and crest, to be used starting next year. The team operated in 2021 using a temporary name and crest after unexpectedly taking over operations from the Utah Royals. Last week the owners announced they will be building the first NWSL specific stadium for the team along KC’s riverfront.
